Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Field Follow-Up provides done-for-you implementation and support services. Refunds, cancellation rights, and ongoing support terms depend on the written agreement for each engagement.

2. Setup Fees

Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup or implementation fees are non-refundable once work has started. This is because setup work includes strategy, configuration, workflow design, account setup, integrations, and other labor performed specifically for your business.

3. Monthly Support or Optimization

If your engagement includes recurring monthly support or optimization, you may cancel future monthly service according to the cancellation terms in your written agreement. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid for completed or active service periods.

4. Pilot Installs

Pilot installs may include a defined setup scope, initial support period, and optimization window. Pilot terms, including any discounts or guarantees, must be documented in writing before work begins.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@fieldfollowup.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review the issue and correct confirmed billing mistakes.

6. Third-Party Tool Fees

Third-party CRM, SMS, email, hosting, phone, automation, or reporting tools may charge separate fees. Those fees are governed by the third-party provider's policies and are not controlled by Field Follow-Up.

7. How to Cancel

To cancel ongoing support or request a billing review, email support@fieldfollowup.com. Include your name, company name, and the service you want to cancel or review.
